“Had oil stains on our driveway that I honestly thought were permanent. Two guys showed up Tuesday morning, took about an hour and a half. The oil marks aren’t 100% gone but they’re maybe 80% better which is honestly more than I expected. The rest of the concrete looks brand new. Would use them again in the fall probably.”

Two guys, maybe 45 minutes total including setup. Walkway looks great. They also pointed out our porch steps could use a clean but didn’t pressure us about it which I appreciated.”

My only note would be they left a bit of water pooling near the garden bed but it drained by the next morning so not a big deal.”

The crew was careful with the pressure - I was watching the whole time because I’ve heard horror stories about wood decks getting chewed up. No issues. Deck dried over the weekend and the stain went on Monday. Good result. I’d recommend asking them what pressure setting they use on your specific wood if you’re nervous like I was.”

“They cleaned our wood fence along the side yard. Looks a lot better. Took about 40 minutes. One section near the gate still has some discolouration but I think that’s just age not dirt. Crew was polite and cleaned up after. Four stars only because I wish they’d mentioned the gate section wouldn’t come fully clean before they started.”

“Had them do the full property - driveway, patio, all the siding, and the fence along the backyard. They were here most of the day. I’ll be honest the price for the full package wasn’t cheap but when I compared it to getting three or four separate guys in it actually worked out about the same and I only had to deal with one booking. The driveway and patio turned out the best. Siding looked good but a couple spots near the downspouts still had some staining. They offered to come back for those but I said don’t worry about it. Would hire again next spring.”

Two guys came out, one did the lower sections and the other had a longer reach setup for the higher parts. Took them around two hours for the whole house. Massive difference on the north side especially. South and west sides I couldn’t tell as much but they were less dirty to begin with. Overall happy with it.”

“Had those black streaks on our roof for years. Didn’t even know you could get them cleaned off without replacing the shingles until a neighbour mentioned these guys. They use a low pressure method, not the full blast, which made me more comfortable. Took about three hours. Streaks are gone. The roof just looks... normal again? Like it’s supposed to look. That’s all I wanted.”

“Moss situation on the north wall was getting out of hand. It was thick. We’d tried scraping it off ourselves twice and it just came back. HR Property Maintenance came out and used some kind of treatment solution before washing it. They said it should slow the regrowth down. It’s been about six weeks now and so far nothing’s come back. Will update this review in the fall if that changes.”
