For exterior-only work, you do not need to be home. For any service requiring interior access, we ask that a responsible adult is present. We confirm exactly what access is needed when we send your itemised quote - no surprises on the day.

For a standard GTA detached home with exterior cleaning, most jobs take between one & a half and three hours depending on window count, storeys, and condition. If you are adding screens, tracks, or interior cleaning, allow additional time. We include an estimated duration with every quote.
Light rain after a professional clean does not leave streaks - the solutions we use are formulated to resist water spotting. If heavy rain is forecast, our team contacts you in advance to discuss rescheduling. We never leave a job half done.
